Aimee is a Director in the Corporate Department who has recently been recognised as a Rising Star within the Legal 500 directory and was highly commended in the Young Lawyer of the Year category at the Insider Young Professional Awards. She has over 6 years’ experience of working exclusively on corporate transactions, incuding mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, corporate restructuring/ reorganisation, and corporate governance in a wide range of sectors, including, ICT/ telecoms, construction and manufacturing.
Her experience includes advising some of the largest companies in Northern Ireland in respect of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and advising on business structures and forms of business vehicle. She also has experience of dealing with the complexities involved in acting in respect of sales/ purchase from companies in administration, having acted for both purchasers and administrators.
