New Partner Chris Milligan has joined the commercial real estate team and specialises in energy. Chris will work alongside Andrew Kirke on energy and infrastructure projects in Northern Ireland and further afield. Andrew becomes a Partner having joined the firm 7 years ago, during which time he has worked with and for some of the biggest names in the energy sector.
Paul O’Brien becomes a Partner in the corporate team. Paul works on a wide range of corporate law matters including sales and acquisitions of companies and corporate restructurings. Paul has a particular expertise in private equity and venture capital investments and regularly acts for investee companies and investors, both institutional and private.
In addition, Fiona Kirkpatrick joins the firm as Private Client Director. Fiona has extensive experience in advising on a wide range of private client matters such as estate planning, establishing Trusts and preparing Enduring Powers of Attorney. Fiona received recognition in Chambers High Net Worth 2019 as being “Absolutely top-drawer…she’s a very capable practitioner.”
