Tughans have advised Woodland Kitchens, a leading manufacturer and supplier of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture in Northern Ireland on a strategic multi-million pound investment from growth capital investor BGF and its acquisition of JTC Furniture Group in Dundee.

 

This acquisition will create one of the largest cabinet producers in the UK with a turnover in excess of £50 million and will allow both Woodland and JTC to scale it’s product range and service to their customers.
