Tughans have advised Investec, one of the UK’s leading wealth management companies, on the leasing of office space in City Quays 3, Belfast Harbour’s latest office development. With more than 8,000 employees globally, Investec who are listed in both London and Johannesburg, have chosen the landmark building to create a new headquarters for their Belfast team.

The 16-storey, 250,000 square feet, City Quays 3 building has the capacity to house up to 1,800 workers and is Northern Ireland’s largest Grade A office development. The building which is highly environmentally sustainable includes a tenant ‘wellbeing space’ as well as offering spectacular views of the harbour.

The lease agreement for Investec was managed by Tughans Real Estate team partner David Jones and associate director Gavin Robinson. Tughans are currently also working on leases for two further tenants at City Quays 3.
