Tughans have advised Barrhall Group Ltd in respect of the sale of Robinson Services Ltd, Robinson Services Laundry Ltd and Sword Security to security and facilities provider, Bidvest Noonan to become one of Northern Ireland’s largest employers.
Robinson Services have over four decades of experience providing high quality cleaning and support services in Northern Ireland. Sword Security (NI) Limited has established itself as an industry leader in the provision of security and facility management services.
Since its inception in 1977, Bidvest Noonan has grown to become a market leader for cleaning and security services across the UK and Ireland. This is the second major investment into Northern Ireland for Bidvest Noonan. As a result of the acquisition, Bidvest Noonan has become one of the largest employers in the region with a collective workforce of 2,500 throughout Northern Ireland.
The Tughans transaction team was led by Corporate Partner James Donnelly with support from Cassie McCormack, Fearghal O’ Loan, Patricia Rooney, Aimee Bullick, Gavin Robinson, Olivia Lewis and Donna Parker and the team worked alongside Barrhall’s corporate finance advisers, HNH, led by Wayne Horwood.
