A second member of Tughans’ market leading Corporate M&A practice, has been nominated for a coveted Dealmaker award. Ben Sims, a corporate lawyer at Tughans has been nominated for ‘Emerging Dealmaker of the Year’ award at this year’s Insider Media Northern Ireland Dealmaker Awards.

Ben is experienced in all areas of M&A with significant international experience and has established himself as a leading adviser in the Northern Irish market, supporting clients with share and asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and tax structuring projects.

Tughans’ wider corporate team has also been shortlisted for Corporate Law Firm of the Year, as well as 13 deals shortlisted for ‘Deal of the Year’.

The winners will be revealed at the Northern Ireland Dealmakers Awards Dinner taking place at The Europa Hotel, Belfast on 2 March 2023.
