Paul O’Brien, a corporate lawyer in Tughans’ market leading Corporate M&A practice, has been nominated for the coveted ‘Dealmaker of the Year’ award at this year’s Insider Media Northern Ireland Dealmaker Awards.

Paul has continued to build his reputation as one of the leading advisers on M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions in Northern Ireland during 2022. He is also recognised as one of the leading lawyers for startup and growth businesses across Northern Ireland.

Tughans’ wider corporate team has also been shortlisted for Corporate Law Firm of the Year, as well as 13 deals shortlisted for ‘Deal of the Year’.

The winners will be revealed at the Northern Ireland Dealmakers Awards Dinner taking place at The Europa Hotel, Belfast on 2 March 2023.
