Pauline graduated from the University of Dundee in 2015. She commenced her training contracts with Tughans in 2016 and qualified into the Dispute Resolution Team in September 2018. In 2022, Pauline completed a Diploa in Insurance Law with the Law Society of Ireland Diploma Centre and was awarded the prize for the course.
Pauline is dual qualified (Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland) and advises clients on health & safety and insurance matters including the defence of motor, public and employers’ liability claims in both jurisdictions. She has a breadth of experience in advising on claims involving credit hire, fraud, catastrophic injuries and property damage. Paulin regularly advises clients on all aspects of health & safety investigations and regulatory prosecutions.
Pauline is a member of the FOIL Sector Focus Team on NI Credit Hire and is a FOIL Champion. She is also member of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
